Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate, secure, remember preferences for, and understand use of the Services.

If you choose to connect an Intuit or QuickBooks account, we may receive information that you authorize Intuit to share, such as company details, customer or vendor records, invoices, payments, accounts, and other accounting data needed for the feature you request. The exact information depends on the permissions you approve.

We use connected data to provide and support the requested integration, reconcile or display relevant records, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law. We do not sell connected Intuit data or use it for unrelated advertising. You can revoke access through your Intuit account settings. After revocation, we will stop collecting new data from that account and will delete or de-identify retained connected data when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• authenticate users and administer connected accounts;
• respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• process requested transactions and deliver relevant services;
• personalize functionality and understand how the Services are used;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We may disclose information:

• to vendors and service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, professional services, and other business operations;
• to connected third-party services when you request or authorize the connection;
• to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business; and
• with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You may choose not to provide certain information, although some Services may then be unavailable. You may disconnect third-party accounts through the provider's settings and manage cookies through your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to receive additional information about our processing. To submit a request, use our contact page. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
